Association Carquois is an NGO established in Lyon, France, founded to empower and support adults, youth, and children in their search for a better world in terms of education, training, self-development and participation pursuits.
Our vision is to help create a society in which every person feels accepted, included and appreciated, without any prejudice or bias.
Association Carquois works with the local and European community to increase public awareness and advance, innovate and ultimately empower individuals. Our mission is to bring about change to our society by educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the global community.
Association Carquois is dedicated to work in diverse fields of intervention to increase public awareness and to help create opportunities and possibilities for all individuals. Therefore, we are working in the following fields:
- Environmental protection and climate change
- Non-formal education and training
- Vocational training
- Entrepreneurship and youth entrepreneurship empowerment
- Circular economy
- Social inclusion and social innovation
- Refugees, migrants and immigrants inclusion

Our team has an extensive experience considering the development and implementation of EU funded projects, such as Erasmus+, CERV, and many more, and they are equipped with capabilities, skills, knowledge and know-how to support different type of project.
In order to attain its objectives, Association Carquois:
- Joined and supported the efforts of fellow associations and organisations to promote education, science, technology development and innovation;
- Carries out awareness activities to reach out to a wider audience ;
- Carries out joint activities with similar organizations to support our mission and vision;
